I cannot tell you much about the other software out there, because I do not use it. What I can do is tell you plainly what you get from me, and what it costs. That is this page.
The whole crew is one price. There is no per-user fee, so adding a helper, a sub or your kid to the account does not move the bill. Unlimited customers, unlimited jobs, unlimited estimates and invoices on every plan.
Month to month if you want it. Starter is $9.83/mo with no contract. Or pay 6 months up front: $29, which works out to $4.83/mo. Cancel whenever; there is no annual lock-in.

Review requests, done the honest way
Review requests go to every customer, not just the ones you expect a good answer from. Nobody is steered away from leaving a public review, and there is always a private line to you as well. Choosing who gets asked is against Google's rules and, since 2024, against federal law, and it is not something this product will do.
